The most stable of all site hosting options, the dedicated servers offered by AfterHost feature different web site hosting CP options: (a) Hepsia (with the Debian Linux Operating System only; fee-free; unmetered hosted domains; one account login; no root access availability; our number 1 recommendation due to the inclusion of the top-of-the-line Domain Manager – not included by default in any other Control Panel in the whole market); (b) DirectAdmin (for free); (c) cPanel (a monthly fee included). Both DirectAdmin and cPanel operate with CentOS only; unlimited hosted domains; request an additional login for domain name, billing transaction and technical support ticket management purposes; complete root access. All dedicated web servers are available solely in the US data center.

Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia CP is a regular tool only when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is included free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered web page names in one hosting user account. This is conceivable due to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other hosting CP interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available only with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must use TWO autonomous hosting account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no hosting CP opportunity.

Hosted Site Names ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered hosting CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your site names in one web hosting account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP setups do not present such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager section and as a consequence they need 2 autonomous user logins: one domain management/billing/support user account and one website administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).

Operating System ³ - you will see that the Hepsia CP sustains Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP devices can operate solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
